New Kite Video is in Production

April, 2014   //   by Chase Hasch

Recently I have been riding a lot in front of the camera.

With Susi Mai and myself being back here in Cabarete I was also able to get some “rail” time in. I really enjoy riding in front of the camera but I noticed that as a result I have not been able to progress as much as I would like.

Riding for the camera does help me dial in existing tricks and encourages to squeeze out that little extra “tweak” in every move. However, having to focus on where the camera is and having to take off at the exact place and the exact time is not very conducive to learning new tricks. I am not complaining by any means I am just sharing my findings.

I would also like to give a big shout-out to Noah Smith with NPS Photography who can always be counted on to capture fantastic images like the example below.
